Assistant CIO and Director of Campus Technology Support Pat Donohue will be showcasing Elon’s strategic goals toward improving student and academic experiences. Pat will also discuss Elon's improvement of student outcomes through digital means while highlighting implementation of AppsAnywhere.

  • Understand how to reduce IT help desk response time to support students with tech problems
